AMERICAN VETERAN PRODUCTIONS MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

As the owner of American Veteran Productions I do see a certain benefit of having a monthly newsletter.
I could let music publishers and let music engineers know and let musical singers know what projects I have completed.
No person likes to be bothered with a daily newsletter and a weekly newsletter is pushing the envelope of bothering an American; and for my business a monthly newsletter would work out.
Every song that I write can go into a movie or a TV show or on the radio so having a monthly newsletter with the musical songs that I have finished would work out for my business American Veteran Productions.
As far as content ideas for my newsletter the content for a musical song-writer is extremely simple because you are reminding some-one of a project that is finished or you are introducing the person to a brand new project that is completed.
As I have mentioned before my song called
"Soldiers Do Cry" is ready for a movie or a TV show or to be placed on the radio so part of my monthly newsletter would of course highlight that song because we never know when Hollywood will make another movie like:
Pearl Harbor
Born On The 4th Of July
The Green Zone
The Hurt Locker
Jar-head
Zero Dark Thirty
Full Metal Jacket
Good Morning Vietnam
Lions For Lambs

I see a value in having a monthly newsletter and now that my 8 year United States Army contract is over with I see no reason why I should not make a monthly newsletter.
Again here is a link to "Soldiers Do Cry" and if you know of a contact that could help me get it placed into a movie or a TV show or on the radio I would pay you a finders fee:

  1. A newsletter would be a great idea. You could use it as a tool to inform your listeners of new songs, upcoming concerts and events and build relationships with them. I agree with Chocoshorty that clips of your songs would make it more interactive as well. You might want to include a blog-like journal entry to add a personal touch.

  2. Nice content on this post. You wrote: "I see a value in having a monthly newsletter and now that my 8 year United States Army contract is over with I see no reason why I should not make a monthly newsletter." This is true but one concern; if you publish your newsletter on a monthly basis then you will need new content every month. I don't know how long it takes to compose a new song, but it might be difficult to crank them out like that.
