MY BLOGS LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT! ASK ME IF I CARE?

For many business owners in America their blog or blogs represent their business and who they are so not getting personal or showing character can be a tremendous mistake because going along with the bland status-quo here in America in on the worst times in the history of times in the year of 2013 is a major business mistake.
No American in this year of 2013 wants to read a blog that has no character or no feeling but I can see where certain business owners do not want to get personal because their blog is about:
1. How to bake certain goods like Rachel Ray or Martha Stewart.
2. How to trick out and design a car or a truck like Chip Foose.
3. How to whiten your teeth
4. How to re-design your house
For the how to do or how to fix things bloggers I am almost positive your character and knowledge and sense of humor is extremely important but getting personal can be a dangerous business move that might lead people to follow another site and not you.
For Rachel Ray to get personal it would be an unwise an idea unless it was her getting personal for her causes in life what-ever they are:
Breast Cancer Awareness or The Make A Wish Foundation
For Rachel Ray to lose her character would be a sad day for America because as we wait to go to Heaven or Hell we need people like Rachel Ray, and her character to try to cheer us up. For those us living with the scum-bags that the Republicans and Democrats are we need people like Rachel Ray to try and cheer us up so for her to lose her character on her blogs would not be what America is looking for!!

Yes, I can see and understand why certain business owners and people do not want to get personal on their blogs because the business they run is all about how to fix some-thing or how to do some-thing at an exceptional level, and it is their best business interests to not get personal.
For bloggers who write about politics and laws and religion or music like myself and many others it is a wise move to get emotional on your blogs and extremely personal on your blogs because it is then and only then that America will see what you stand for.
If you think Obama and Biden are scum-bags like I do then it is extremely important on your blogs to get personal and mention to America that you think Obama and Biden are scum-bags.
If you don't like a certain LAW and that is what your blog is about it is extremely important to get personal otherwise Americans will think your a sold-out fool like most of our Non-Veteran scum-bag politicians here in America in the year of 2013.
You or I can get as personal as we want while following the LAWS in America because of our right by LAW to free speech and for many bloggers they feel as do I it is our obligation and duty to the generation behind us to remind them of just who it is that ruined America by allowing imports into America.

  1. I think I agree with your central point: getting personal on your blog depends on you and how it will help or hurt your business. As to the political commentary, well it's a free country and we all have the right to our opinions.

  2. Getting personal on a blog is something you do once you start a blog. I think it becomes the degree to which you are being personal. If your blog is a business blog, or a political blog, you take it in a different direction but should be careful not to mix the two.
